July Morning Seaside Resort’s BUILDING PERMIT was issued on the 08th of July 2008 The reservation fee for an apartment or studio is EUR 1,500. If you would like to reserve a luxurious duplex apartment, the reservation fee is EUR 2,500. The contract package will be prepared as soon as the reservation fee has entered our bank account. The reservation period is valid for 21 days after the actual reservation and within this period the preliminary contract should be signed by the client.

Payment Schemes:

Standard
20% on signing of the preliminary contract
20% on roof completion (expected September 2009)
50% on completion of the finishing works (expected January 2010)
10% on issuing the notary deed (expected August 2010)

Alternative
50% on signing of the preliminary contract
47% on issuing the notary deed (expected August 2010)
3% awarded discount

Construction works start in October 2008
Delivery date Phase 1: August 2010.
