July Morning - construction to commence

The construction of July Morning has commenced today. BLD’s plans are for a gradual construction process starting with Block 2 with its 55 apartments with a total of no less than 3 600 sq. m built-up area. The construction cost of the building with its adjoining infrastructure is expected to reach EUR 2.2 million. For this development the company will invest EUR 1.3 million of its own capital. Constructions works are expected to be completed by the end of June 2010.
