Kavarna Municipality green-lights BLD’s July Morning project

Bulgarian Land Development Plc (BLD), the AIM-listed Bulgarian residential and commercial property development company, is happy to announce that Kavarna municipal council has approved the change of planning use, enabling the company to create an 80 000 sq m holiday complex with expected gross sales value of 100 million euro. The development will be carried out in four phases. Subject to the level of pre-sales, start of construction is planned for the summer of 2008; expected completion of Stage 1 – the summer of 2010.
The July Morning site comprises 95 000 sq m of freehold agricultural land on the Black Sea coast in the town of Kavarna, acquired by BLD through several private purchases in 2006.
