Building permit officially granted to July Morning Seaside Resort!

BLD's team has the pleasure to announce to all its partners and clients that yesterday July Morning Seaside Resort project was granted a building permit from Municipality of Kavarna. The start of 1st Phase construction is planned for the end of summer 2008 and will take 24 months.
